Weather Policy

• The league will announce the field status of Holland Park by 3:00 pm each Thursday. We will be in contact with the Fishers Field Maintenance team on the condition of the field and/or the effect the impending weather could have on the field.
• We will attempt to re-schedule games due to weather by having double headers or have the competition on different days. In the event, the calendar does not allow us leeway, we will operate the standings based on the games we were able to play.
• No refunds or partial refunds will be given due to weather related game cancellations. Contact the league coordinator if you have any additional questions or concerns.
• If lightning is visually spotted, or is noted using a weather app  within 10 miles, all playing fields MUST BE EVACUATED immediately. All players and spectators must go to their cars.They may not remain on the field, bleachers, etc.
• Play will resume 30 minutes after the last lightning strike or the lightning has moved out of the 10 mile range.
• The league coordinator is responsible for making sure this happens and the officials should help facilitate this during games.
